Arriving by foot or bicycle?
Alight the train at Ammanford station and make your way through the town, use the amman valley cycle path, follow the path all the way up the valley to Brynamman. It's not a short walk so be aware the path is 8 miles long but it is a lovely walk, following the river Amman upstream.

VOUCHERS

APPLE TV
We advise that only guests who are familiar with the appliance use it. You must remember to sign yourelves out of applications before your depature. We accept NO responsibility for charges to your acoount if other guests login to your account after your depature.
GUESTS
Guests are to keep the cottage clean & tidy at all times. Furniture is not to be moved, We reserve the right to cancel any booking. Departure is set at 09:00AM unless stated otherwise. Purposely damaged items will be charged for. There should be no tampering of any smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire safety information or equipment. Guests are asked to take care when using the staircase, please hold onto the handrails provided and take your time.
Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, especially when using the staircase, garden and in the kitchen. Children must not play near the boiler outlet in the garden. Please note that the hot water from the taps can be very hot. We have the right to enter the cottage and the premises at any time without prior notification,

We accept 2 small dogs @£15 each per stay, and they must be kept downstairs. T&C's apply.
We are pleased to welcome children, toddlers and babies, however we do not supply any furniture utensils or equipment. Extra care must be taken surrounding the stairs.
DOGS T&C's
Family friendly dogs are welcome. Each dog has a one off charge of £15 per stay,This is to be left at the cottage. Dogs to be kept downstairs at all times. The garden must be kept clean of dog mess. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and they must not be left alone or unattended at the cottage. Dog hairs should be cleaned up before departure. The cottage must not be left smelling of dogs on depature. We accept no responsibility if any harm comes to your dog whilst on the premises of the cottage.
